Send us your logo or artwork and get back a machine-ready embroidery file that runs without thread breaks or last-minute fixes. We work in DST, PES, EMB, and every major format, quote you back in minutes, and turn most orders around the same day.
A good embroidery file is engineering, not tracing. We set the underlay, stitch density, and pull compensation so a design holds its shape on caps, polos, jackets, and heavy fleece, and so a small left-chest logo reads as cleanly as a full jacket back.
For over 15 years our embroidery digitizers have prepared files for apparel brands, uniform suppliers, promotional companies, and embroidery shops that can't afford a bad run. You send the artwork and the garment type. We handle the stitch type, sequencing, and trims. As an online embroidery digitizing company, the whole thing happens without you leaving your desk.
Whether it's a single logo or a bulk production order, you get the same file quality and a turnaround you can plan around.

This is where most orders start. We convert logos, monograms, names, and detailed artwork into files mapped stitch by stitch, so small text stays readable and fills lie flat. Custom embroidery digitizing for left-chest logos, caps, hats, jacket backs, towels, and 3D puff.
Each file is carefully structured to preserve fine detail, reduce thread breaks, and ensure impeccable output.
Explore Digitizing ServicesA blurry logo, a screenshot, or a hand sketch, we redraw it as a clean vector that scales to any size without going fuzzy. Ready for screen printing, signage, engraving, and brand kits.
Embroidered, woven, chenille, PVC, leather, and sublimated patches made to your size, shape, and backing. Built for caps, jackets, workwear, and merch drops.
The difference shows up the moment the design hits the machine.

Digitizing, vector art, and patch production handled in-house, so your files and your finished goods actually match.
We test before we send. That means fewer thread breaks, less rework, and fewer wasted blanks on your end.
Most standard logos come back the same day, with rush options when you're up against a deadline.

It's the process of turning a logo or design into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. A digitizer maps out every stitch, the type, direction, density, and order, so the machine knows exactly how to sew it. A clean digitizing job is the difference between a sharp logo and a puckered, broken-thread mess.
Most files are delivered within 8 hours. Need it faster? A rush order turns around in 4 hours. We'll flag up front if a large, highly detailed design needs a little longer.
No. Revisions are free. We keep adjusting the file until it stitches the way you want.
DST, PES, EMB, EXP, JEF, and the other major formats. Tell us which one your machine uses and that's what you'll get.
We price three ways depending on the design. Standard designs run $1 per 1,000 stitches. A left-chest or cap logo is a flat $10 to $25 with no stitch limit. A full jacket back is a flat $40 to $75 for up to 100,000 stitches. Send your artwork for an exact quote, usually back within minutes.
The artwork, the garment it's going on (cap, polo, jacket back, towel, and so on), the finished size, and your machine format. If you're not sure about size or format, just ask and we'll guide you.
Yes. Caps, left-chest logos, 3D puff, and small text each need different handling, and we set the underlay and density for the specific application so the detail holds.
You do. Once the job is paid for, the file is yours to keep and use however you like.
Yes. A lot of our work comes from embroidery shops, apparel brands, and promotional companies running volume. You get the same file quality whether it's one logo or a full order.
Yes. Through our vector art conversion, we redraw low-resolution or pixelated artwork into a clean file before digitizing, so the final stitch-out stays crisp.
